Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment

Most of the products on our website are sourced directly from the official brand manufacturers (including De Rigo, Kering, Luxottica, Marchon, Marcolin, Safilo) after your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wider selection of authentic eyewear and access to the latest collections. The sourcing process usually takes 3 to 11 business days, although timings may occasionally vary depending on supplier availability, shipping times, or holidays. Once the product arrives at our facility, orders are typically shipped within 48 business hours.

Products marked as "In Stock" are shipped within 48 business hours after purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • In Stock products:
    • Italy: 2–3 business days
    • Europe: 3–4 business days
    • International: 4–5 business days
  • Products ordered from suppliers: Most supplier-ordered products are delivered within approximately 7 to 14 business days from purchase. Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on the manufacturer's processing times, product availability, and international logistics.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to activate.

Shipping Costs and Couriers

We ship from Tuscany, Italy, using BRT, DHL Express, FedEx Express, and TNT.

We offer free express shipping on all orders to all currently supported destinations.

Shipping costs are already included in our pricing structure, allowing us to provide a smoother shopping experience with no unexpected charges at checkout.

Shipping Exceptions

Due to courier, customs, and regional logistics limitations, we currently do not ship to certain remote territories, islands, overseas regions, or special administrative areas, including territories listed here:

Special territories of members of the European Economic Area

Products under 135 GBP cannot currently be shipped to the United Kingdom due to customs regulations. Orders below this threshold will not be accepted.

We currently do not ship to countries or regions not listed above.

Duties and Taxes

  • EU: No duties. VAT included.
  • Australia & NZ: No duties under 1,000 AUD/NZD.
  • Other countries: Local duties may apply depending on the order value and destination. Any customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not controlled by us.

Remote Area Surcharge

If your delivery address is considered remote by our couriers, we may contact you to arrange an additional surcharge or offer a full refund.

Important Notes and Responsibilities

If your package appears damaged, open, or tampered with at the time of delivery, you must refuse the package and ask the courier to return it to the sender.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you believe your package has been tampered with or items are missing, report the issue within 24 hours by providing:

  • Clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and contents
  • A continuous, unedited video showing the sealed package, full unboxing, and contents
  • A signed PDF statement describing the issue

Late or incomplete reports will not be accepted. Each case is assessed individually.
