Order Fulfillment

All products on our website are ordered directly from official manufacturers (De Rigo, Kering, Luxottica, Marchon, Marcolin, Safilo) once a purchase order is placed. Typically, we receive these items within 3-10 business days, after which they are shipped to our customers within 24 hours.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time for most products ranges from 5 to 14 business days from order placement to delivery. While orders usually arrive sooner, occasional delays may occur.

For products marked as "In Stock" and all items from our Outlet, delivery times are typically shorter:

  • Italy: Approximately 2-3 business days

  • European Union: Approximately 3-4 business days

  • International: Around 4-5 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to activate. For any questions about shipping or order status, feel free to contact us at support@lookeronline.com.

Product Integrity

By sourcing products directly from manufacturers, we ensure that our customers receive eyewear that is unworn, flawless, and minimally handled for maximum product integrity. However, this process means that delivery timelines can sometimes be affected by manufacturers' stock availability and shipping schedules. While this may occasionally extend wait times, we believe that the assurance of receiving high-quality, pristine products is well worth it.

Shipping, Duties, and Couriers

We ship worldwide using BRT, DHL Express, FedEx Express, and TNT.

We offer free shipping on all orders above € 69 (approx. 76 US dollars).

Exceptions include:

  • Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia: Shipping fee of € 50 for all orders.

  • Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine: No shipments available.

For orders below € 69 (approx. 76 US dollars), a shipping fee of € 9.90 (approx. 11 US dollars) will apply. Shipping to Italy is always free, even for orders under € 69.


 

Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you without any unexpected surprises. Here’s what you should know:

  • European Union: If you’re ordering from within the EU, no customs duties apply, and VAT is already included in the price.

  • United Kingdom: We’ve got you covered! For orders delivered to the UK, we handle all customs duties. You won’t face any additional charges upon delivery.

  • United States: Orders under 800 USD are completely duty-free. Feel free to order multiple pairs without any hidden charges.

  • Australia & New Zealand: Orders under 1,000 AUD/NZD are duty-free. You can comfortably buy several pairs without worry.

  • Rest of the World: This includes other international destinations and the 32 special EU territories. Local customs duties or taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. If your order is below your country’s de minimis value, you should be fine, but please check locally for higher-value orders.

Bottom line: For most of our main markets, you won’t see surprise charges. However, if additional fees arise, it’s due to your local customs processes, which are beyond our control once the order has been shipped.



Remote Area Surcharge

If your order is being shipped to a remote location (as defined by our couriers), we may need to contact you to arrange a surcharge payment or cancel and refund the order. Unfortunately, shipping to some remote areas can cost more than the order itself. Even with this surcharge, our prices are usually lower than those of our competitors.

We want every order to arrive safely and as expected. While we are not directly responsible for issues that occur during shipping, such as lost or damaged items, we are committed to helping resolve any problems. If you receive a package that’s missing an item or appears damaged, please contact us right away, and we’ll work with the courier to investigate the issue and find a solution.

We recommend that you inspect your package upon receipt and report any visible signs of tampering or damage to the courier. If you feel something is wrong, you can also refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

Although we cannot guarantee compensation for issues that occur due to courier mishandling, our team will do everything possible to assist you and ensure a positive outcome.

In the case of disputes, this policy is governed by Italian law, and any legal action must be brought before the courts of Italy.
