Shipping policy
Order Fulfillment
All products on our website are ordered directly from official manufacturers (De Rigo, Kering, Luxottica, Marchon, Marcolin, Safilo) once a purchase order is placed. Typically, we receive these items within 3–10 business days, after which they are shipped within 24 hours.
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time for most products ranges from 5 to 14 business days. While orders usually arrive sooner, occasional delays may occur.
For products marked as "In Stock" and all items from our Outlet, delivery times are typically shorter:
- Italy: Approximately 2–3 business days
- European Union: Approximately 3–4 business days
- International: Around 4–5 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page. Please allow 24–48 hours for activation. For questions about shipping or order status, contact us at support@lookeronline.com.
Product Integrity
By sourcing products directly from manufacturers, we ensure that our customers receive eyewear that is unworn, flawless, and minimally handled. This may occasionally extend delivery times due to manufacturers' stock and shipping schedules.

Shipping, Duties, and Couriers
We ship from Tuscany, Italy, using BRT, DHL Express, FedEx Express, and TNT.
Free shipping is available on orders above:
- 150€ for Italy
- 250€ (~250 USD / ~215 GBP) to all European countries, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and the USA
- 450 AUD (~485 NZD) to Australia and New Zealand
- 5,300 ZAR to South Africa
For smaller orders, shipping fees apply:
- 7€ for Italy
- 15€ for European countries (20 GBP for the UK)
- 20 USD for the USA
- 25€ for Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand
- 40 AUD (~45 NZD) for Australia and New Zealand
- 500 ZAR for South Africa
We currently do not ship to countries not listed above.
Duties and Taxes
- European Union: No customs duties, VAT included
- United States: Orders under 800 USD are duty-free
- Australia & New Zealand: Orders under 1,000 AUD/NZD are duty-free
- Rest of the World: Local duties may apply. For most orders under de minimis thresholds, no additional charges should apply
If additional fees arise, they are due to local customs, beyond our control once the order is shipped.
Remote Area Surcharge
If your address is in a remote area, we may contact you to arrange a surcharge or offer a refund. Despite the surcharge, our prices often remain lower than competitors’.
Report and Responsibility
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If there are signs of tampering, damage, or missing items, report within 24 hours by providing:
- Photos of the package, shipping label, and contents
- A written and signed PDF statement describing the issue
Late or incomplete reports will not be accepted. Each case will be evaluated individually. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
