Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment

Most of the products on our website are not in stock and are ordered directly from the official brand manufacturers (including De Rigo, Kering, Luxottica, Marchon, Marcolin, Safilo) only after your order is placed. This process usually takes 5 to 11 business days, but may take longer depending on supplier availability, shipping times, or holidays. Once we receive the product, we typically ship it within 24 hours on business days.

Products marked as "In Stock" are shipped within 24 business hours after purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • In Stock products:
    • Italy: 2–3 business days
    • European Union: 3–4 business days
    • International: 4–5 business days
  • Products ordered from suppliers: Most orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days from purchase. However, delays may occur due to manufacturer handling times, availability, or logistics beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to activate.

Shipping Costs and Couriers

We ship from Tuscany, Italy using BRT, DHL Express, FedEx Express, and TNT.

Shipping is reduced or free above certain thresholds:

  • 150€ for Italy (free)
  • 200€ for Europe (free)
  • 200 GBP for the United Kingdom (15 GBP shipping)
  • 350 AUD for Australia (free)
  • 350 NZD for New Zealand (free)
  • 4,200 ZAR for South Africa (free)
  • 250€ for Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand (free)

For smaller orders, the following rates apply:

  • 10€ for Italy
  • 10€ for Europe
  • 35 GBP for the United Kingdom (orders between 135 GBP and 200 GBP)
  • 35 AUD for Australia
  • 35 NZD for New Zealand
  • 420 ZAR for South Africa
  • 25€ for Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand

Please note: Products under 135 GBP cannot currently be shipped to the United Kingdom due to customs regulations. Orders below this threshold will not be accepted.

We currently do not ship to countries not listed above.

Shipping Exceptions

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Åland Islands
  • Faroe Islands
  • Guernsey
  • Isle of Man
  • Jersey
  • Azores
  • Madeira
  • Svalbard & Jan Mayen

Duties and Taxes

  • EU: No duties. VAT included.
  • United Kingdom: All duties and extra fees are already included. Customers will not pay any additional charges upon delivery.
  • Australia & NZ: No duties under 1,000 AUD/NZD.
  • Other countries: Local duties may apply depending on the order value and destination. Any customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not controlled by us.

Remote Area Surcharge

If your delivery address is considered remote by our couriers, we may contact you to arrange an additional surcharge or offer a full refund.

Important Notes and Responsibilities

If your package appears damaged, open, or tampered with at the time of delivery, you must refuse the package and ask the courier to return it to the sender.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you believe your package has been tampered with or items are missing, report the issue within 24 hours by providing:

  • Clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and contents
  • A continuous, unedited video showing the sealed package, full unboxing, and contents
  • A signed PDF statement describing the issue

Late or incomplete reports will not be accepted. Each case is assessed individually.
